    They fraud your credit card - be careful!

    Just general bad customer service and once you cancel they keep charging your credit card. They tell you, they cannot find the cancellation form you filled out therefore they cannot refund you. This happened to me twice with them, having to fight to get my money back even though I had ended my contract with them. They also often left me waiting at the counter while they weren't seemingly doing anything. I do not recommend Klub20.

    This place has gone downhill since changing from Golds. The machines are tightly paved together and it is not cleaned as often. Several machines despite several requests are not repaired even after 6 months. Hours posted on their website (365 days per year) are not accurate. Personal trainer fees are excessive. Could tighten up its act and be a great place. Shame really.

    Closed on Sunday evening at 9:30 when they are supposed to be open 24/7. Not impressed.
